If you are interested in hotels that are close to the conference venue (Waseda Campus), there are several options available within easy reach: Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo, Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba and Vessel Inn Takadanobaba Station (for more information on prices and access to Waseda Campus see below).
To benefit from the special conference rates, please use the form below to make your hotel reservation. For Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo, you will book directly with the hotel – via a link to a special COPE offer provided in the form. For Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba and Vessel Inn Takadanobaba Station, the Local Organizers will collect participants’ preferences through this form and make the reservations collectively on your behalf. Your submission of the form will serve as your reservation.
Reservations made through this form (including Rihga Royal) can be cancelled if the submitted paper has not been accepted for presentation or a travel grant application has not been successful. Cancellations for other reasons can only be accepted in justified exceptional cases and only until the registration deadline in late January.
Please note that COPE 2027 will take place at the beginning of the peak travel season in Tokyo. Double-occupancy rooms in particular are expected to fill up quickly. We therefore recommend completing the form as early as possible to secure your preferred room. The same applies to flights:, please book your flight early, as availability and fares tend to change quickly during this period.
