The get-together will take place 6:30 pm at Fenix Food Factory, Nico Koomanskade 1025, 3072 LM Rotterdam. Each attendee is responsible for covering their own costs.

The conference dinner will take place 7:00 pm at Excelsior Rotterdam Stadium, (Honingerdijk 110, 3062 NX Rotterdam). The dinner location is in the stadium. The link leads to the main entrance; there will be signs to show where to go from there. The cost of €55 for the dinner is to be paid at registration.
